What we collect, and why.
Effective September 28, 2026. Short version: we keep what we need to book a call and do the work, we don't sell it, and you can ask for it back.
Who we are
Blueprint Consulting AI LLC, a design and development studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. Questions about this policy go to jordan@blueprintconsulting.ai.
What we collect
When you book a call
Your name, email address, business name if you give one, the time you pick, and your answers to the intake questions (what you're looking for, a few lines about it, timeline, budget range, how you found us). We use it to put the call on both calendars, send the invitation, and prepare for the conversation. The invitation and confirmation are sent through Microsoft 365 and Resend; the booking is kept as a record in our own client system.
When you write to us
Your name, email address, and message from the contact page, so we can reply. You get a confirmation email; we get the message.
When you use the client portal
The portal is invite-only. It stores your email address, the one-time sign-in codes we send you, the files you upload, and the messages you exchange with us. Files live in a private folder that only you and Blueprint can open, encrypted at rest, on Supabase infrastructure. Download links expire.
When you browse
We measure page views with cookieless analytics: aggregate counts of which pages are visited and where visitors come from. It sets no cookies, builds no profile of you, and is not shared with advertisers. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run advertising or ad tracking. We don't share what you tell us with anyone outside the services named above, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking and contact records stay in our client system for as long as we might work together, or until you ask us to delete them. Portal files are removed when a project closes or when you ask, whichever comes first. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.
Your choices
Email us and we'll send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every email we send you about a booking or a project comes from a real address you can reply to.
Children
This site and the portal are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change what we collect, this page changes and the effective date at the top moves. The current version is always at blueprintconsulting.ai/privacy.
