Using this site

blueprintconsulting.ai is run by Blueprint Consulting AI LLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. By using the site or the client portal you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Booking a call

Booking a call through this site schedules a conversation. It does not create a contract for work, a quote, or any obligation on either side. Any project we take on is described and agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement, and that document governs the work.

The client portal

The portal is for clients we have invited. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, upload only files you have the right to share, and don't use the portal to send anything unlawful. We may close portal access when a project ends.

What's ours and what's yours

The text, design, photography, film, and code of this site belong to Blueprint Consulting AI LLC. Product names and screens shown on the Work pages belong to their respective products. Files you place in the portal remain yours.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and the information on it is general, not advice for your specific situation.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Blueprint Consulting AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or portal. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites, including the App Store and our products' own sites, are provided for convenience. Their terms apply there, not ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
